How It Works?


Signup

  1. Select a plan from our website https://attendlab.com/ 
  2. Signup and enter your user and company information

Setup

  1. From a Computer - Setup your account (Add Location, Device, Employees, and Users)
  2. (Optional) Restrict the Device location on the map or by an IP address range to avoid misuse of the Application outside the company premises

Download & Authenticate the App

  1. Download the Mobile Application from the App Store:
    1. Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hayasolutions.AttendLab
    2. IOS (Coming Soon)
  2. From a Computer browse to the Location/Device and click Authenticate Icon a QR Code will appear
  3. From the Mobile App click on Link Device and scan the QR Code from the Computer Screen

Track People Attendance

  1. Install the authenticated Mobile/Tablet at the office door, bus, or keep it with a supervisor in field, site, or office
  2.  Employees can tab Check-in or check-out on the Mobile/Tablet screen, and show there faces to the Mobile/Tablet camera
  3. The Application will log their check in/out time stamp
  4. Get reports and track the company attendance on the application dashboard
