Reset Password
A User can reset his/her password by navigating to Settings from bottom left of the Admin Portal, under User Settings section, click on Reset Password.
The System will send an email to the User containing an Authentication Code as follows:
The User will use the Authentication Code along with the new password to change the current password, to confirm changes click on Reset Password.
Password must have a minimum length of 8 characters, at least 1 upper case letter, 1 number and 1 special character.
